I met Marisa last Christmas through work and she educated me on several things with regard to health, food and eating practices to help me thrive in life. It took a few months for me to wrap my brain around relinquishing my life long eating habits. However through her guidance and Marisa sharing her knowledge I was able transition to a 100% vegan diet. I’m embarrassed to share I had reached 204 lbs which was the heaviest I have ever been and with heart disease in my family I grew very afraid of what the future could hold. My father passed when he just 39 years old from a heart attack. Obviously change was needed in my life so I didn’t follow in his foot steps. In May I went Vegan and began working out consistently. It’s now been a little over 3 months and I have lost 40lbs and am full of energy, I have also seen increased productivity in my work place! As for my love life, don’t ask, I’m working on it! 😉 lol! Anyway thank you Marisa for all of your guidance couldn’t have done it without you and found the cure!
